Using XS360

XS360 helps supporters choose football matches, request Matchday Companions, agree meeting points, check in, and make matchday journeys easier to experience together.

By using XS360, you agree to use the platform respectfully, lawfully, and in ways that support a safe and welcoming community.

Community expectations

When using XS360, you agree to:

• Share accurate information when creating support requests or responding to companion matches.
• Treat other supporters respectfully.
• Use public meeting points and make plans in good faith.
• Respect other people’s privacy and personal boundaries.
• Use the platform in ways that support accessibility, inclusion, and safety.
• Follow stadium, club, transport, and matchday rules that apply to your plans.

You may not use XS360 for:

• Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour.
• Misleading support requests, false check-ins, or fraudulent activity.
• Spam, impersonation, or disruptive conduct.
• Using the platform for unlawful activity.

Matchday plans

XS360 helps people coordinate going together, but companion participation is voluntary and arranged by fans.

Fans are responsible for:

• deciding whether a companion match feels right for them
• choosing whether to create or accept support requests
• using sensible judgment when meeting others
• communicating clearly about plans and changes

XS360 may moderate, remove, or restrict plans or accounts that violate community expectations.

Accessibility information

Accessibility information on XS360 is intended to help people plan, but may change and should not be treated as a guarantee of stadium conditions, transport availability, or services provided by third parties.

Service availability

We work to keep XS360 useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every matchday plan, match detail, or piece of information will always be accurate or available.

Important limits

XS360 is a planning and community coordination platform. It is not an emergency response service and does not replace stadium staff, stewards, transport providers, or emergency services.

Fans remain responsible for their own decisions, arrangements, and conduct.
