XS360
About us
XS360 connects disabled fans with Matchday Companions so no fan watches from the outside.
Reframing Accessibility
Football should feel welcoming to everyone. Today it often doesn't: more than half of disabled sports fans say poor accessibility keeps them away from live events, and most who have a bad experience never come back.
XS360 exists to change that — starting not with technology, but with people.
#NoFanAlone
Our first promise is simple: no fan should have to go alone.
XS360 connects disabled fans with Matchday Companions — fellow fans of the same club who are going to the same match. A companion is not a carer or a professional assistant. They are a fan, there for the same reason you are, who shares the day with you.
How it works
- Pick your match. Find the fixture you want to attend.
- Tell us what would help. Entrances, seating, navigation, sensory needs — on your terms.
- Review your match proposal. We suggest a companion going to the same match. You decide, and so do they — nothing is shared until you both accept.
- Enjoy the match together. Agree a meeting point, stay in touch, and watch the game.
What we believe
- Dignity is non-negotiable. Every part of XS360 is built to reinforce confidence and independence, never dependence.
- Ask first, never impose. Fans told us clearly: unsolicited help is not help. Companions learn to ask before they assist.
- The full journey matters. A matchday starts at home and ends at home — not at the turnstile.
- Community before complexity. The most powerful accessibility intervention is a crowd that is educated, warm, and inclusive.
Where we're heading
Companion matching is the beginning. We're also mapping stadium accessibility — step-free routes, seating, quiet spaces, facilities — and working with clubs to set new standards for what a welcoming matchday looks like.
If you'd like to be part of it, find your match or learn how to be a Matchday Companion.
